  • How will you market my property?
    We utilize the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to market your property. This is a syndication service that markets to over 30 websites including hotpads, zillow, realtor.com and many other sites. Additionally, we market your properties on idblisspropertygroup.com and where applicable utilize social media forums.
  • Do you offer lease-only service?
    Yes. We understand that some owners prefer to self-manage their properties. As a result, we offer lease-only service. Please refer to our Pricing page for details.
  • What is the cost of your Property Management services?
    We offer a variety of services and associated plans to ensure we're meeting the needs of clients. Please see our pricing list to view a detail breakdown of our services and pricing.
  • Does your contract obligate me to utilize your service to sell my property?
    While we hope you will utilize our partnerships to sell your home, we understand that you may want to work with your own contacts or do a for sale by owner. In either case, our property management agreement does not obligate you to utilize idBliss Realty partnerships. We are available to provide as much assistance as possible on your identified solution.
  • What is your process to find quality residents?
    Please note that we follow Fair Housing laws in our analysis of prospective residents. At idBliss Property Group we follow a strict rating system based on the following factors: 1. Credit Analysis & Credit Score 2. Income to Rent Ratio 3. Past References 4. Interviews
  • Do you maintain a reserve amount?
    Yes. Please see our Pricing list for reserve amount.
  • Can I utilize my own contractors?
    Because we value our work and the safety of our residents, we place a high value on hiring qualified licensed contractors that we know and are familiar with their work. However, we understand that you may have local contractors you work with and in such cases we prefer that you complete a vendor submission form to add the vendor to our qualified list of vendors. Each vendor must undergo our interview process.
  • How do you handle large maintenance expenses?
    Large expenses require due diligence. For this reason, we work with you to get multiple bids and when possible negotiate with vendors to get you the absolute best bid with the highest quality of work.
